Something is wrong with the FTP, every second page I go to it gives me an error and says "unable to connect to server" and this is every second page I go to.

It is getting very frustrating and annoying.

An error has occured:
Unable to connect to FTP server ftp.t35.com on port 21.

Are you sure this is the address of the FTP server? This is often different from that of the HTTP (web) server. Please contact your ISP helpdesk or system administrator for help.

Go back or Go to the login page

Technical information for developers:

function ftp_openconnection (/home2/t35net/public_html/login/includes/browse.inc.php on line 51)
function browse (/home2/t35net/public_html/login/index.php on line 163)

Use an actual ftp program, the web-login is ment as a convinience and not your main way to upload files.

On a side note, all functions of the web login are working... but being a web based application, its performance depends on the settings on your computer, on your internet explorer and the settings made by your ISP.

Most of our users use SmartFTP and I've heard no complaints. Http://www.smartftp.com

Yes, It's the program and sometimes your ISP (very small chance, but does happen) that cause the issues.

Yeah recently my isp crapped out on me and i couldn't access ANY ftp what so ever. So I just waited until they fixed it =/ Until then though i just used the webftp (which worked) on t35's main page.

I use FileZilla for my FTP client.  I am rarely disconnected.  If I am, it connects again automatically.  I don't remember the URL.  Just Google FileZilla.  It may be at sourceforge.net   grin

Don't worry, it'll work, now hand me the duct tape.

This issue shouldn't be a problem with the release of the new CP around the end of the month.
