SUMMARY OF T35 TERMS OF SERVICE
T35.com is not a place to put:
- Pornographic content or direct links to pornographic websites
- Pirate software(warez)/mp3 or links to it.
- Large/numerous files primarily for storage purposes and not made viewable to the public through html pages. There is a 250kb file size limit.T35 will not tolerate any illegal activities on our servers. This includes, but is not limited to, warez sites, warez files, spam, etc.
Any such activities will be prosecuted to the greatest extent of the law. All sites caught violating the TOS (and with our new detection script, they will get caught), will suffer the repercussion of those actions. We will personally pursue legal actions against those people, along with forwarding the members information to local and federal authorities.
