I have applied for an free t35 website.I can log in on the web and can use net2web.But when I tried ftp software,it desn't work.The following appeared:

Once I got a similar problem because I forgot to add ".t35.com" to my username. Did you write yourname.t35.com ?  And maybe you should try later, it could be the server that is having problems... hope it'll help you Smiley
