Hi I cant login into FTP on this site :
www.protocol7.t35.com

I have checked my password, though it always tells me that the password is incorrect.
as a user name I have use all variatison : protocol7.t35.com / protocol7 / protocol7@t35.com etc. as the domaing I ave also used all variations : t35.com / protocol7.t35.com.

I have even registered another account , but it comes to the same end. I use smart FTP / windows explorer. I have zone alarm running with smart FTP having access to the account. No windows firewall is running and I have service pack 2. Also the errors from my FTP client say my password is incorrect....I have checked the passwords multiple times, and I got it right...I'm sure.

please assist me. I can be contacted at proto7@gmail.com or PMed. It's no problem if the accounts need to be reset and I loose all my data

by the way there are no www. addresses for t35. So your website is not www.protocol7.t35.com but protocol7.t35.com

i doubt he fixed it. amelen/someone else probaly fixed it. Anyway what is the matter with yours i might be able to help

in dreamweaver it just says that it is "unable to connect to the FTP server". I think it may be a problem with the server accepting connections from other programs. Smart FTP dosen't work either.

use smartftp. Here is the information required:

port: 21
ftp name: ftp.t35.com
username: ;you;.t35.com
password: ;yourpassword;

it should work. make sure firewalls do not interfere.
