I just signed up and noticed that password letters å and ä and ö are not usable if i want to log in to the ftp server with my own program (Swedish letters). Changed my password to not use any of those, and now it works.

How did you change the password? The application to change password requires you to login like you would into our file manager.. if one worked, the other one would as well. I am not sure what ftp program you used, but it might have been the ftp program not supporting the characters (not our server).
