I want to know that how to refresh it properly?

Delete those useless program, make sure your system driver have enough memory, maybe you can change another fast CPU, etc.

Always clear temporary files and cache from your system, delete the unwanted stuff which consumed enough memory

reinstall your pc
or delete/shut down the useless/rubbish program...
