Yes, I do everyone the graphic intention for my site. I use Photoshop on a unconstipated footing so it comes in raw for me to work my possess graphics. Maybe somebody else could do them improve, but I love what I do and it's devoid as well my time, so it employments for me.

I more often than not start my site with nil in mind, and just play with designing until I produce great I like, then I construct on it from there. I'm huge on the little details in design, and people DO notice, and it makes the visual skill that much more better for that little bit of further work.

I design everything myself that I use on my sites for the most part. I normally hand sketch my idea using a graphics tablet, then clean it up, slice it, render it in html, & recently started converting the tables to css.

I think if you can it is best to design the graphics on your site. If you can find someone to teach you then go for it. You can go to www.pixel2life.com and get some tutorials or search and find another site more to your tastes. I do my own graphics and I also help other brands grow so I am telling you from personal experience that the rewards are great when you can bring your vision to life!

If you can then my advice is to make the graphics on your site. It may seem daunting at first but if you knew the kind of stock images you would want to put on your site, then it should be second nature to design your own graphics as well. Now learning how to crop and edit the images are a different story, but you have to first start with your tastes in order for graphic editing programs to be effective.
