Interactive Buildups?

Dear friends,
      Does anybody know of a websript, tutorial, or anything really about interactive buildups?

Interactive Buildups = For instance I want to build a car i see an image of a car on the screen. When I click a color it changes the car to that color, if I click 17" rims it will replace the 15" with 17".

Any help would be great thank you
