I am receiving the following error when attempting to access Fantastico from the cPanel:

PHP script /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico/includes/enc_restrictions.inc.php is protected by SourceGuardian and requires file ixed.lin.4.3.11.pxp.
Please read SourceGuardian protected scripts manual.

I am using FireFox 1.0.4 with very little extensions.  I tried clearing my cache but that didn't resolve the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
