I had originally, protected jpg, gif. Then, I went back, and changed it to bmp, zip, png. That's when I got the syntax error.

Syntax error on line 26 of /home2/tpgames/public_html/.htaccess.test:
RewriteRule: cannot compile regular expression '.*\.(zip||bmp||png)$'

. Please try again. HotLink Protection Enabled!
{snip}
Protected Extensions: zip, bmp, png,

When I clicked BACK and then redid it, it worked with no syntax error. Is this just a glitch? Or does it need to be looked into?

Thanks!  rolleyes

It's what you do when you are a webmaster. LOL
Or what people do to my head, after I make a big mistake!
