First day
i had problem with my forum
after Confuse and want to suicude  shocked shocked
but,iam happy
because this Forum help me resolve problem about seo4smf
and all of my forum are ready to promote.LOL
i want to ask question.

1.How2 to make my forum secure??
iam afraid with hacker
2. How to backup and restore ??
i have already tried Download from mysql database wizard(smf-XX)
and i tried to post something on forum
like spammy post
after that
i tried to restore my database using phpmyadmin and mysql database wizard
After restore succsessfully,my spammy post are still in Forum.Wtf???
is it true???

Now,Please help me about backup and restore this Forum
and the last thing,iam afraid this forum make broken my another site

I can't remember how to restore forum using backup, but the best way to get rid of spammers is to have a all people who want to join be accepted  thru a question and answer letter that they email to you, proving why they should be allowed to be a member in good faith of your forum. You then have to accept and manually set up their account, or reject them.  Banning by IP address is not very good when the internet company uses "dynamic" IP addresses that change every time one resets their "modem".  I could ban myself because of that as a hacker did hack thru a charter companie's IP address holding, and did crap. However, I think they caught that guy, as he's not done anything thru charter since, that I could find.
