I was trying to do some maintenance on my fantastico scripts, and am currently getting the following error:

"Fantastico is unable to connect to your MySQL server at this time. Please contact your host for assistance."

Any suggestions?

Still have this issue. Should I submit a ticket for it if it works on yours but not on mine?

I just tried it on your account and it worked for me. Are you sure you are not loading it from cache? What are you trying to run when you get that error?

I don't know if I'm running it from cache or not - I've used fantastico a lot and have never had a problem before now.

But simply clicking on the fantastico link from the cp gives me that error - and clicking on any of the links along the left side of the fantastico page gives me that error. I'm trying to install wordpress on an addon domain at the moment (which I could do manually, but it just makes it easier to go through fantastico) and I'm unable to because it keeps telling me that it can't connect to my mysql server.

If it's running from the cache, how would I go about not doing that anymore? I cleared my browser cache, but because I'm not doing anything any differently than I've done in the past, I don't know what else I should do to resolve this.

From fantastico: "Yes. We are looking into this as of now. We will be releasing a patch at the earliest."

I'll keep you posted on any new info.

Here is the latest from them:

http://www.netenberg.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=27058

"We do not have an E.T.A. yet. We are still in constant communication with the developers of cPanel (this is a cPanel issue as you might have known by now). We will release a patch as soon as it is made available to us."
