Ok guys I made a mistake and deleted my public.html!!! on the file manager, is there any way to recover it? or is it gone for good.....

Man, this sucks big time now my website is deleted!!!

please tell me we can get it back.....

email either alex/bret with your domain/account name and they will bring back your data from the last back up.

also in cPamel you can grab the last back up,
goto: tools,

then: Download today's backup file

that should give you what you are looking for i think

then just load that and you'll be all set

Ok I dloaded todays backup as instructed and now when I'm restoring in, its been "restoring" for about 4 hrs!! is this normal or not? It seems that its taking way too long...to dload the "today's backup" was very quick, like 5 seconds.....

EDIT:
Also when I unpacked the file it wasn't able to locate the public_html file. wondering if there is a way of getting yesterdays backup as well... mabe the todays backup was done after the file was deleted therefore its not there.... huh

Now when I try to either login I get this message:

man you saved my behind.....The front page is working!!!... but now I'm getting this when I try to access my forum.... embarassed

Check the permissions on the files. Some permissions may not be set properly.

That's what I was thinking but everytime I change the permission settings on per say the index.php of the forum folder it reverts back to the previous settings..... at the moment is at 644

man this is starting to really annoy the Sh*t out of me......pardon my French...
