I have an addon domain addon.mainaccout.com that shows as addon.com earlier the config file for awstats included addon.com and www.addon.com as HostAliases. Now it doesn't.

This means that stats for this domain counts referrers addon.com and www.addon.com as external addresses and includes them in the report. It would be best if you give me/us full control of the config files in /tmp/awstats (don't overwrite the changes I make) or if you really, really can't/don't want to give the control to clients then please fix the HostAlias problem.

but for now could you just restore the pervious situation when HostAlias contained all the possible aliases.
