Hi!

Maybe i'm lost or not looking in the right place but I think I looked everywhere and cannot seem to find access to my billing account. I like to be able to check my billing account for accuracy and payments due/reflected. Is this available to me as a paying customer?

If you used PayPal you can view all of that in your PayPal account, or if you used 2co they have the ability for you to see it as well. We're looking into a solution for users that we provide as well as the company you pay through.

As Bret said... our billing is done on a recurring basis (as opposed to a invoice system). You should recieve an email every month as your account is billed.

I think my bill should be coming up soon (I know because I'm getting notices from GoDaddy for the domain name). Is there any way I can check up on that?

Stargazer, did you use paypal or 2co upon signup?

If you used paypal, login using your Paypal information. When you’re logged in click on the history tab. Once on the history page, select for show: "Subscriptions" – Select for Within: “the past year” – then do a search. It should show the date of purchases, this will the date for your billing., If you do not get results for T35, then you much have used another source of payment.

I used paypal--and it said April 22nd is the date that I was charged last year. Does it mean that's when I'll be charged this year? I'm just paranoid that somehow a payment won't be made and I don't want to lose anything.

You can click on the paypal subscription in your paypal account and it will tell you the next time it will bill.
