I am having trouble using ftp, can anyone help me?

I set up an account, login using IE, and all I get is a blak page with nav on the right with the heading "Other Places".

How can I get full access, and view everything?

use smartftp. Ie is rubbish for ftp. Download and use. Use any ftp program. Type these pieces of information into the right boxes when you finish downloading and installing.
