Hmm. I just tried it out on my account and it works fine. Can you open your .htaccess file in ftp and see what's in there?

I took the one from root and deleted it and made a new one and the Cpanel directs are working now.

Also On my site, www.slugsprites.info I had set a option to make all request without www in the url direct to www one and that stop working. I dunno? Something got screwed up I dont know what though. I'm not sure if this is a .htaccess problem or a problem with the CMS I'm using.

I'll look into it some more myself.

The www redirect (even when created in cpanel) is added to the .htaccess file. If you deleted and re-created the .htaccess file you would need to re-do the www redirect. Let me know if you need help with any of that.
