Did you delete it via FTP or the web based file manager found in cPanel?

Check the trash can on the right side of the page and see if the file is listed there. If so click on the text of the folder name and it should be restored to your account. If you deleted it out of the trash can you may be out of luck because of the way cPanel deletes files. A lot of times they are unrecoverable.

I will try to find it. What is the account name and around what time was the file deleted. Date and time, along with time zone.
