i've got paid hosting
and have set up an sql in the control panel
but am trying to install my software but it keeps saying it can't connect with the settings

what should the settings be
localhost
mysql
databasename  i gather this should be http://www.mydomain/sql name
database user   i gather this should be sql name@ normal login details
database pass   my password
table prefix ? i'm trying to install osdate so i gather thats what i call it, as thats the name of the folder and program

thanks that was the help i needed and i'm sure it would of worked if i hadn't cancelled my hosting
