Hi t35 admin whoever you may be! Really looking forward to get started on my new site. I have paid for my domain toptenhq.com for 2 years. I email mentioned it would be online within 24 hours and it's still not online. Just wondering if you could tell me what's going on?

Your order was created yesterday. Did you receive the welcome email with the login information?

Hi there. Yeah I got the confirmation mentioning it would be online within 24 hours. my c panel works, my temp adress didnt work (hosting/~toptenhq). Ive uploaded a test index.htm in public_html but nothing yet.

Any thoughts?

You need to point your domain to our name servers and access your site via your domain.

have just been researching and then tryed to do a load of things that will didn't work. parking or pointing domains I had no ideas on what domain to park. name servers I didnt understand. I dont have any other site I bought a domain on t35 are you telling me I have to host it elsewhere. I'm so confused

yep all fine now cheers. Also is c panel down at the moment, tested it on host tracker and it shows its down also

so hi again.. T35 got hacked up? It was redirecting to awdaa.net. Now t35hosting works but my site still redirects there and I can't remove it from the redirect page in cpanel.
