Would there be any reason that my PHP MyAdmin goes so slow alot of the time?

PHPmyAdmin is a very complex app that is loading a lot of database information. It will never load as fast as a static page.. but it should still not be "very slow".

Yes.

My file manager, also loads at a slow speed too. Not as slow as PHPAdmin, but slower that it did when I first signed up (about 30seconds - 2minutes).

I can't find any proxy's that are fast.. so i guess that would just amplify the problem.

Are you sure you don't have any computer/browser settings that could be causing this? I tried to replicate the problem from 3 different continents with several different ISP's and computer settings.. and each time it loads pretty fast.

I did some ping checks, and t35 got an average of 52ms
Max 55ms
Min 50ms

Do you know what I could ping to check my Xcontroller? or PHP MyAdmin with this (if it is possible)?

Is it possible that my Controller is on a high traffic server?  My actual site is almost instant when it loads.

The browser that I'm using is FireFox, and all the settings are basically set to default, all but the browsing Pereferences.

As for my computer, It shouldn't be doing anything, because at school, the computers have deep freeze on them, which, when shut down, all the settings on them are reset, and all downloads, and installations are removed.

Both your controller and site are on the same server.

pinging t35.net should be the same as pinging xcontroller... and a ping of 50ms shouldn't produce the high load times you are describing. It sounds like its an isp/computer/browser issue.. I am not really sure what we can do to help?

Its not a ISP/Computer/Browser issue, because every other site that I visit runs at normal speed.

I asked a guy that I work with, and his PHPMyAdmin loads instantly, his Controller loads instantly, and he used the same ISP, Computer, and browsers (FF and IE) that I tested mine with.

So, I conclude that it is a server issue, or an installation issue.

I don't know what else we can try.. i have tried to replicate your issue from dozens of computers.. even different country's.. I also asked a few other members and nobody has any kind of issues like that. Even if your own pinging shows no load time issue...

Asking the other members and doing my own testing gives me over 50 data points that all show no load time issues. I don't know what more you want us to try?

I just made a few minor changes.. see if it makes a difference.

On a general note.. this forum is loading from the same server as the phpmyadmin and is doing similar mysql qeuries.. does the forum load slow for you?

No it doesn't slow, and when I view my page, it loads fast as well, and it is doing search qeuries, about of about 50-60 different rows at the moment.  It is just in the PHP MyAdmin.

The changes made a difference, but it is still slow, it still takes about 1-2 minutes.

I just thought of this... Could it be the number of databases and tables I have?

11 databases
72 tables

That might be the issue.. the way phpmyadmin works involves refreshing all of the data on each load.. if you are refreshing 72 tables, that is a pretty substantial query and would take a while...
