I am receiving this error for docman on my website:

PHP Warning:  fopen(/home2/udzcc/public_html/v2/administrator/components/com_docman/docman.config.php) [<a href='function.fopen'>function.fopen</a>]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home2/udzcc/public_html/v2/administrator/components/com_docman/classes/DOCMAN_config.class.php on line 119

What do I do to fix this?

Check the permsions on the folder, all the folders before it, and the specific file. Try changing it to 755 or 777.
