Just bought another domain about 2-3 weeks ago and pointed them to ns1 and ns2.t35.net . Still saying that there is a problem .... went to dnsstuff and this is what the error is back

I Emailed the people who set it up for me and they say everything is fine there end (i did challenge them on the bit that says Registration request being processed) and its your servers but i still dont believe them maybe you can help
