I hope I am at the right place for this problem.
Last sunday, I subscribed for a montly hosting for my new website. After the payment was sent, I realized I had made an error in the name of the website. Since there was a link to cancel the purchase, I cliked on it, because I wanted to redo the registration correctly.
But, I saw my ip was bloked. Then, I go on the chat, explained what happened, and the person in charge told me I made a fraud and blocked me there too.
Yesterday and today, I received an invoice to pay my hosting, but when I cliked on the link, I'm still blocked. I want to do the registration correctly and pay for the hosting. Is there someday who can do something or give me an advice???
