I logged a service call under with track#: U7YW3QM3PS, but no reply so far.

My site has been taken offline without any notice beforehand. If there's an open invoice, I never received it. It must not be to hard to inform customers about something like that I guess.

Please enable me to make a copy of my site and the sql database so I can freely move on to another host.

I even signed up for hosting with T35 again, although I want to move mi side. Still not worth replying?

Did someone drop a bomb on the T35 office and is everyone dead?

My site is offline and I want it back online, or I want to get the chance to make a new back up and move on to another host. I was not asking for something difficult, just for a very little bit of service within 24 hours. Guess I was overasking.

Any chance of giving me an answer within the timeframe of 48 hours??

The third day just started. Could someone within T35 reply to me? I'm getting really pissed about this!

I am sorry, we have been a little busy with the server transfer the last few days. I haven't recieved any emails from you.. what email addy did you send it to?

Your account was suspended after the payment was more then a week late. If you login to paypal it will clearly show you that YOU canceled the paypal subscription. Paypal emails you after you cancel it, so you had confirmation. With the paypal subscription canceled, you would need to make the payment manually, which you didn't do.

New subscription link:

Yearly:

Thanks! It's paid now!

A way of sending an email notification a week or so before the deadline of a yearly payment would be nice!

Paypal sends an initial "subscription is canceled" email.. but when the buyer cancels it, we assume that they don't want the hosting anymore. Your account should be up now.. sorry for the delay.. this weekend has been hectic with the data center move.
