"why we having always sql problems?"

There haven't been any mysql problems in several month.

Today, the mysql server was under a ddos attack from several member sites that were abused. Your site was one of the ones used to exploit the mysql machine. (your scripts in particular). The up time garantee is for the sites and doesn't relate when your insecure scripts are used to launch attack on our servers, and on other networks.

I personally seen this issue and it went from around (EST) 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM. if you conclude this to be the "down time" we are now at 99% uptime (For just SQL, which is not alone what we rank as uptime) for this month, but as Alex has said we can not stop what people do to cause downtime on SQL, (due to insecure scripts) but we will secure that problem they caused, and have them fix that issue.

I am sorry for the lost customers you have experienced, but please help make sure that this will not happen and clean up any unsecured scripts you may have.
