Does t35 have any support phone numbers? I've sent three support tickets regarding an email problem I've been having but I haven't received a single reply in over a week. Live chat never seems to work, either. Also, I've noticed that when I try to have my support ticket numbers emailed to me, nothing is ever sent. I have not received any response from t35 regarding this matter. Any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance....

All tickets have been responded to. Have you checked the tickets since posting them? An email is sent to you once a ticket is answered - please double check that your email is working. I also personally forwarded one of the tickets to you via my personal email address:

As per the responses to the tickets - one of your php scripts is being exploited to send out spam. That's why you're getting the bounce emails. Please check all your php scripts to make sure they are up to date, patched and are not being exploited.
