I haven't received a response to this... I have customers who need to access our FTP site.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm logging in to qabx.com just fine. Make sure the password is correct.

I only have problems logging into the FTP accounts.  I have tried with ALL the FTP accounts, with the same results - bad password.  I even made a new FTP account and can't access that either.

Have you tried logging in to the root account (same username and password as you use for cpanel)? There is also a chance your ISP is blocking port 21. Have you been able to ftp into other servers?
