I have just called the AMEX and they confirm also no billing was made to my active account and in fact the last billing on my account was on 28 april.

I am waiting for you to bill me and reactivate my account.

Separately Ive sent brett a email on my bandwith, please check, thanks

Your card was declined, several emails (including a link to update you card) were sent to you from 2checkout.com (or CC processor). I also personally sent you an email 12 hours before suspending the account.

Brett doesn't spend too much time with T35 stuff anymore, so you might want to forward that email to webmaster [at] t35.net.

If you want to update your credit card you can call up 2checkout.com directly (they have a toll free number). If they ask for a sales number, your sales number is: 2240066078. From what I can see, they tried charging your card on May-28-08, May-30-08, and June-02-08; It was declined all three times.

Called them and updated the information. Looks like because I was issued with a new AMEX card (new expiry date) that the 2CO.com ystem was not updated with the new date and so billing could not happen

Anyway its updated and I called them, they said it will be billed to t35 at midnight. Can you activate my account now please.

NP, and thanks for the speedy re-activation of my website,  just let me know if you have trouble getting the payment.

On a separate issue, I now need to figure out how to change my primary email to from the @julian.li to my main @yahoo.com email so that if any issues happen in the future, i can respond, as currently I dont use the julian.li email very often.

We can change the email in our system, but that's separate from 2checkout.com (and the email you provided to them). Any kind of billing issues are sent from them. If it's not too much hassle you might want to call their number again and have them change your email? If not, I can try opening a ticket with them to have them do that.. but they are definitely a lot more responsive to customers (you) then vendors (us).

Alex, I think its happened again

looks like 2CO.com lost/deleted my address details again and as such they could not bill me and my website has been suspended again. Ive called 2CO.com up and re-entered my billing address again. They said the auto billing would try to charge in 24 hours.

Is there anyway you can activate my account again today ?

Thanks, Julian.
