if you want to change email account on t35 i recommend these two sites. ones for forums and the other for the actual t35 account

also I think in CPanel there is on option the main page for your account, that is if you are on paid hosting only.

Currently the free hosting control panel does not do email address changes but it will have that functionallity soon.
