I am thinking of going with the Persional Package but first I have a few questions.

1. How is bandwith counted?
2. Can I set up an email page so that I can access it like hotmail.com?

Bandwith is calculated by all of the HTTP and FTP traffic that you use.

You may set up any type of email system you like.

You are allowed to do anything you would like in accodince with our TOS. I did not answer the question before because you agreed to the TOS before signing up, and it is avaliable on the site. If you have a more specific question about what is allowed I would be more then happy to answer it... but i recommend you also check the TOS.

Upgrading from Free to Paid is a "procedure" since its a different server, different datacenter, different CP. But once you are on paid hosting, upgrading plans is instant and requires nothing on your part.
