If I was to buy a personal website package here at T35 with 8GB transfer (I believe thats what it is currently) would I be able to add on more bandwidth say 6 months from now if I needed it? I know other hosting companies offer X GB more of transfer per month for some sort of fee.

I would not be looking for anything more than 15GB (max) a month so I would want to purchase about 7GB extra sometime down the line.

Does T35 offer anything like this, or is it Business package or nothing? If it is possible can I see some sort of estimated price?

I believe that it is entirely possible to purchase more bandwidth should you require more.

Extra bandwidth is $1.50/gig, so you are better of just upgrading to the business plan.
