use smartftp. Ie is rubbish for ftp. Download and use. Use any ftp program. Type these pieces of information into the right boxes when you finish downloading and installing.

okay i may be wrong because on this area y knowledge is small but with php you are not allowed to link to anywhere except the same directory. What i mean is every file has to be in the same directory when it does the '/gallery/' thing.
Put all the files in the same place/area/directory and relink them and try again.

i am not an expert but some times smartftp does that. Just try again. Make sure you do not upload files with this or they do not work:
-No spaces
-Nothing over 512kb or it will not work
