I don't know if I'm running it from cache or not - I've used fantastico a lot and have never had a problem before now.

But simply clicking on the fantastico link from the cp gives me that error - and clicking on any of the links along the left side of the fantastico page gives me that error. I'm trying to install wordpress on an addon domain at the moment (which I could do manually, but it just makes it easier to go through fantastico) and I'm unable to because it keeps telling me that it can't connect to my mysql server.

If it's running from the cache, how would I go about not doing that anymore? I cleared my browser cache, but because I'm not doing anything any differently than I've done in the past, I don't know what else I should do to resolve this.

Still have this issue. Should I submit a ticket for it if it works on yours but not on mine?

I was trying to do some maintenance on my fantastico scripts, and am currently getting the following error:

"Fantastico is unable to connect to your MySQL server at this time. Please contact your host for assistance."

Any suggestions?

Yeah, I've noticed it doesn't happen very often and it generally tends to happen in the late evening (I'm guessing around midnight-3am pacific time).

Thanks for the response.

Aloha,

I've been getting the following error message when I try to send emails lately:

"The server responded: 421 Too many concurrent SMTP connections; please try again later"

It doesn't happen all the time and after a few more attempts to send mail, it eventually goes through, but I was wondering what is going on with this?

Not sure what was going on with it, but works now. Thanks

Trying to access the phpMyAdmin from the cpanel gives me a 404 error and the following message:

The server was not able to find the document (./frontend/xcontroller/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php) you requested. Please check the url and try again. You might also want to report this error to your webhost.

Thank you so much for the quick response. Smiley

You, sir, are a lifesaver.

Image hosting would be nice. Perhaps something akin to Flickr?

Also, if you wanted to expand into the blog area beyond what's available through Fantastico, you could offer a Movable Type installation service, or maybe offer various blog skins packages (for various platforms - like blogger, MT,  Wordpress, etc) in addition to the album/image hosting.

Just a thought Smiley

Is there a link you can provide us with more information about Urchin stats so that I can see why someone would opt to pay for stats rather than use the Awstats in the cpanel?

I recently referred a couple of my friends to t35 paid hosting (honestly, you guys offer some of the best plans out there as far as what you get for the money you spend, so it wasn't really a hard-sell), but it would have been nice to get, like 1 month free for every X people who sign up for paid hosting (like 3 or so).

And I'm still on the "in-between" hosting plans bandwagon Wink

Just to show you:

In the shell access, when I check the version, this is what comes up - I just checked the version a couple minutes ago:

> perl -MDBD::mysql -e 'print "$DBD::mysql::VERSION\n"'
3.0000
