1  T35 Hosting Support / Free Hosting Login Support / Problem with FTP program on: April 02, 2005, 01:47:56 PM
Hi there,

When I try to connect to my account from the Client Login (on the main page), I can log in. But when I try to connect to my account with a FTP program, nothing works! I use FileZilla Version 2.2.11, my antivirus is Norton Antivirus and I use Windows XP.

I really don't know what is wrong, I have had my account for months.

In FileZilla, I enter the following information:

URL:   ftp.t35.com
Username:   jenlive.t35.com
Password:  xxxxxxxxx
Port:   21

And then:

Connecting to ftp.t35.com on port 21. Attempt 1 of 3...
Disconnected
Delaying for 30 seconds before next attempt...
Connecting to ftp.t35.com on port 21. Attempt 2 of 3...
Disconnected
Delaying for 30 seconds before next attempt...
Connecting to ftp.t35.com on port 21. Attempt 3 of 3...
Disconnected
Unable to connect to ftp.t35.com within 3 attempts
2  T35 Hosting Support / Free Hosting General Support / Virus in ads? on: February 19, 2005, 05:24:01 PM
I feel better now lol. I didn't want to have to go somewhere else to get my site hosted because T35.net is amazing, it's the best host on the web. And the support is great! ;-)

Thanks for your help!
3  T35 Hosting Support / Free Hosting General Support / Virus in ads? on: February 19, 2005, 12:22:08 PM
Yesterday, I went on my site and I got a message from my antivirus. It was written I had a virus on my computer and this virus comes from a website... and every time I go on my site, I get the same message.

The virus name is "Download.Trojan" and it really comes from a website because it's located in the Tempory Internet Files of my computer. So I think the virus is in the ads... I know everyone is saying there is no virus in the ads but maybe there's a possibility?!

My antivirus destroyed it but I don't want to get a virus each time I go on my site!

Do you know what I should do?

P.S:  I use Norton AntiVirus 2005 and it is updated automatically from new viruses.

My website uses 2 frames.  So I have one ad on my index.html and 2 other ads for my 2 frames... it is very annoying.  Maybe you could only add your ads on index.html ?
5  T35 Hosting Support / Free Hosting Login Support / Why doesn't my ftp work? on: December 23, 2004, 03:50:24 PM
Once I got a similar problem because I forgot to add ".t35.com" to my username. Did you write yourname.t35.com ?  And maybe you should try later, it could be the server that is having problems... hope it'll help you Smiley

Hi,

Today I tried about 20 times to log into my account and every time the blue bar on the top of the page jams to "20% Connecting to the FTP server" and about 1 minute later, I get this message error:

------

An error has occured:
Unable to connect to FTP server ftp.t35.com on port 21.

Are you sure this is the address of the FTP server? This is often different from that of the HTTP (web) server. Please contact your ISP helpdesk or system administrator for help.

Go back or Go to the login page

Technical information for developers:

function ftp_openconnection (/home2/t35net/public_html/login/includes/browse.inc.php on line 51)
function browse (/home2/t35net/public_html/login/index.php on line 163)

-----

The server should have a problem because I am sure I write the right username (myusername.t35.com) and my password.

Thank you!
