T35 Hosting Support / Paid Hosting General Support / need some help
|

sorry to ask this question, but I've uploaded my site but it wont show up when i go to the web address. I have an index.html page and everything. In fact, the files im using for this site are the exact same as the ones i had used on your free hosting where it worked fine (i just needed to get away from the ads and file size limits). So im wondering why my page would work fine on free hosting, but all of a sudden not work on paid hosting.
Thanks for the help, and sorry if there is something simple i missed that would correct this.

T35 Hosting Support / Paid Hosting General Support / Paid for hosting ... no "new" email telling me what to do
|
on: August 22, 2006, 02:14:42 PM

Hi, on 8/18 I ordered the personal hosting plan, and paid for it the same day with the link provided in the email. It said I would recieve a new email with more instructions once my payment has cleared (which can take up to 24hrs). Its been 4 days now, so I am really just wondering whats going on, and if there was a problem with either how i registered or how i paid. Please get back to me, Thanks Steve oh ... the website address is suppose to be www.stevemooreatsea.com and i registered that name with godaddy.com and already changed the name serves to t35's

T35 Hosting Support / T35 Hosting Suggestions / Re: Annoying Pop Up

you know, I never had this problem, but its cropped up a few times when ive viewed my own page, and recently someone posted saying that they get a bunch of pop ups that divert them from my site. i dont care about pop ups, and most people dont either, but its when it navigates away from the site they are trying to view that it gets annoying.
oh, and there is no chance there is spyware on my compute im using ... I'm at work rightnow, and they have incredibly tight security measures and restrictions.

hey ... i was wondering if it is allowed for users to comment on things on my website. like, if i write an article, is it allowed for them to comment on what i wrote? this would require php im sure, but im not sure if free hosting allows such features

T35 Hosting Support / Free Hosting General Support / Just a quick question
|
on: November 15, 2005, 01:01:29 AM

hey, ive been a member for a little while, and im just wondering if you allow free hosts to just use a normal url to access sites. like i own my own domain, and would (obviously) rather just have it be www.majorleaguebeirut.com than majorleaguebeirut.t35.com ... i have it set up so that people can jsut type in the url and it forwards it to the .t35.com address. Any way we could just have it with out that??

T35 Hosting Support / Free Hosting General Support / porn/shady links in my page?

ok, so t35.com these forums and my site were all down for me yesterday, and today i come back to see that this lovely little batch of code is at the bottom of my site .... <!-- ecode start9 --><center> <A href=" http://glory-hole-s.onthenet.as/"> <FONT size=2 color=#ECECEC>glory-hole.onthenet.as</FONT></a> <A href=" http://anime-hentai.onthenet.as/"> <FONT size=2 color=#ECECEC>anime-hentai.onthenet.as</FONT></a> <A href=" http://glory-hole.surft.de/"> <FONT size=2 color=#ECECEC>glory-hole.surft.de</FONT></a> <A href=" http://anime-hentai.surft.de/"> <FONT size=2 color=#ECECEC>anime-hentai.surft.de</FONT></a> <A href=" http://creampie.onthenet.as/"> <FONT size=2 color=#ECECEC>creampie.onthenet.as</FONT></a> <A href=" http://creampie.surft.de/"> <FONT size=2 color=#ECECEC>creampie.surft.de</FONT></a> </center><!-- ecode end9 --></body I didnt click on any of them, and i suggest you dont either ... this is crazy that this type of stuff gets put on member pages ... even if we're free. I really want to jumped to paid hosting, however my organization right now cant afford it, and its scary if this stuff happens on free, it makes me think it could happen on paid. Ive NEVER had a problem with t35 before, and ive been SOOO happy with them ... but this is a fairly clear sign of hacking and/or malicious ad code that you guys allow .... i dunno ... just thought id point this out to you all.
