1  T35 Hosting Support / Paid Hosting General Support / Image Uploading Problems on: November 21, 2005, 07:46:12 PM
Hi, I've been using T35 for about a year now, and I've never had any problems. Now, all of a sudden, I'll try to upload an image to my server, and it will tell me that the image was successfuly uploaded, but then when I try to view it, it just displays the URL, and I can't view/save/display the image at all! This is very strange, and at this point, it only seems to happen with images. Anyone had the same problem/know a solution?
2  T35 Hosting Support / Paid Hosting General Support / Autoconfig? on: December 24, 2004, 01:27:29 AM
I was wondering how to do Outlook Express autoconfig. It says under my control panel in email that it works only for windows, and I have windows, but I don't know where to find the autoconfig file! By the way I'm on Business or whatever paid hosting.

Okay well I asked my friend and he helped me fix it. The problem was, I'm a genius and didn't know you had to switch the nameserver thing to ns1.t35.net and ns2.t35.net. Hehe. Anyways thanks for your help guys.

ArE tHe CaPs ThE sAmE, lol ok I cant keep doing that, I am sure you checked but *inux systems are Cap sensitive. If the file (or any part of the link, folder exedra.) is CAPED so should the link.

Yeah, I checked to make sure about the whole caps thing. It still doesn't work. I clicked on the link that the cpanel provided for me when I upload something and then click on it. I still get 404. I have no idea what's going on.

I registered for a paid account, and it's been atleast 3 days since then. I still have not recieved any kind of e-mail telling me what my username/password is to log onto my site. I have checked both email addresses, the one I put for mine, and the billing address. I was wondering what's going on and why I havn't gotten an email, if someone could let me know that would be great. Thanks in advance.
