My ISP never blocked the T35, because they would do him now? 

I am without access to my files through the SMARTFTP.  It SAY ME FOR CONNECT AND DESCONETAR. ..É CALL ME OF IMBECILE. 

I WANT TO KNOW BECAUSE I AM WITHOUT ACCESS TO MY SITE.
