Oh I see they haven't released the update yet. I'm just being impatient now  grin

Thanks to you and Roger for sorting this out so swiftly, you've been a great help.

Thankyou.

Cool thanks for sorting it out.

I've updated my version of AVG but unfortunately it still blocks *.t35.com sites. I've rebooted my machine and cleared the cache but it still will not load any pages. This is the same with my work machine as well.

I'll have another look at my home laptop tonight and try again.

Thanks again for resolving this.

EDIT: The IP being blocked is "66.45.237.220", if that helps.

Thanks.

Yeah I have already complained to them about it but have not yet received a response. I only have a free version however.

But like you said, if enough people complain maybe they will do something about this.

Thanks again.

I have a problem with AVG blocking visitors to my site, and every other .t35.com site as well.

Basically, whenever I try to go to any sub domain of .t35.com, AVG 8 displays a warning saying it has canceled the page request due to it being a known virus. This happens to everyone else using AVG 8 that I know, and is obviously a huge problem. I also know of one other person who doesn't use AVG being blocked from the page as well. Users can continue to the site by clicking a small button, but this occurs on every page and is obviously not a good thing to have and puts users off.

I have contact Grisoft about their product being a pain in the a** but they have not yet got back to me. I have searched the forum and have read the other posts regarding AVG 6, but couldn't find a resolution to the problem.

I know this is a shot in the dark, but does anyone have any info on whether t35.com can do something about this? Surely it must be bad for t35.com's business as Grisoft are putting allot of potential users off as their sub domain name pages are detected as being infected. I'm aware that there isn't malware present but allot of users will be put off as they don't understand.

Also, I've narrowed it down to AVG 8's "Link Scanner" module. Deactivating it stops the pages from being blocked, but you can't expect users to have to do this to view a site.
