If I don't choose a free one, I can't start make a WAP site then? Please teach me.. 

Hey, I have registered here and now, I can not log in to the cpanel, is there anything I must do before I can log in to cpanel?
Because I just activate my Id here, and I don't know what I must do to start designing a WAP site.. It is said at the cpanel :
"There was an error loging you in. This could mean that your username/password was wrong or that your account is not activated. Please try again below."
Please teach me how.. Thanks all..
