Thanks for reply guys. I am not familiar with this ftp program. I usually used net2ftp client login on the home page of t35.com and from there i used to upload files.

Can anyone please help me on this smartftp thing. i downloaded and installed but cannot seem to figure out how to upload images.

Trying to upload a couple of images along with .html pages but cannot do so.  It gives no error but just does not upload anything.

The client login in successful but cannot upload anything

Just wondering if  its just me or other people are having the same problem.

Don't mean to hijack thread but... Alex i was talking about same problem i was having in the "Hardware Failure" thread and you asked me to try the demo account. i tried it all but no go. please help me and this guy. thanks

tried the demo account. also change the cookies. used mozilla and internet explorer. still the same thing

is there any way i can attach a picture to my post so you can see what i am getting upon uploading..

You need to re-upload your files.

I understand that there was a hardware failure, 2 days ago when you fixed everything, i was able to upload .html pages along with images.

I am trying to upload same .html and .jpg files from my backup and its not doing it.

I do not get any error. Once i click on the upload button-->browse file-->click ok --> Thats it. It does not do anything.

I can't upload any file using ftp. upon uploading, i do not get any error nor does it say file upload successfull or something. All it says is folder is empty.

sensation87 - I just fixed that issue. You should be able to do what you were trying to do now. If you can't please reply again.

jagasker - I can view parts of your page but your index page is redirecting everyone to a page that does not exist. Looking at it, none of the files that you are redirecting to based on browser type exist. However your site is working because I can visit this link http://jtweather.t35.com/screenID001.jpg

thanks alex melen. I can now log in properly. But the folder is empty. does this mean we'll have to create the webpages again or will the data be recovered. Also i can't create any .html pages it gives an error:
