If you really are upset to this, and you know that YOU have done nothing wrong, go to the BBB. They will help you for free, and will get Google to cough up the money for you 

I would suggest Using PHPadsnew to make an ad system, and then just plug in your affiliate Link/ID and your image there. if there are more than one banner, that way you can show more than one.

I use payed hosting, because of the account that I sell web hosting, and the fact that I run almost ten websites, most of which are forums with over 10K of posts... So for me, Payed web hosting is a must. I actually have outgrown shared web hosting, and have gone ahead to buy a VPS (Virtual private Server) which allows me more complete control over my web hosting experience.
