when i try to access ftp using smartFTP, i get this:

Resolving host name "ftp.t35.com"
    Connecting to 66.45.237.212 Port: 21
    A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
    Client closed the connection.

i've been trying for very long. and when i try to access from the www.t35.com page, it doesnt work as well. i'm a lil frustrated.
can anyone tell me what's wrong? thanks
