I have install a link manager from http://www.phpjunkyard.com/php-link-manager.php

the script that i install cannot open remote url
eg. $recurl = "http://www.site-that-adds-reciprocal-link"

@fopen($recurl, "r") or myerror("Can't open remote URL!");

Bandwidth issues ?

The fopen comand is not supported on our free hosting server, to save the server from abuse, and alow your site to be online more.

I am guessing you are on our free hosting?

fopen is allowed just only files that are inside your area.

yeah i translated the text,  he said somthing like...     what is the reason? My domain name is wwwt.T35.Com cannot open
