Check inside your control panel, under "Scripts" or "Fantastico" you'll find a few things, and do Google searches on them if you want to see examples.  Most of those are good, and if you want a CMS site, the ones listed also include forums for your members

For free accounts it's probably best to get an offsite located MySql database, and connect remotely, try www.phpbb.com for a nice to use forum software. Or, if you just wanna make it easy on yourself: try using www.invisionfree.com (not sure if they're still in service, it's been quite a while since i've been there.

i was used phpBB but when i want to install it, i've got a problem "ms_access_primer.mdb" cannot be uploaded because it's size was more than 512 Kb. oh man! how i can solve this problem  angry
