I suddenly have an error log file being created in one of my folders whenever I activate a link from the webpage. Nothing was changed in the PHP file I had up. Suddenly i'm getting this error file with this in it

[15-Feb-2006 01:50:48] PHP Warning:  Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library './php_mssql.dll' - ./php_mssql.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0
[15-Feb-2006 01:50:49] PHP Warning:  Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library './php_mssql.dll' - ./php_mssql.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

 
I didnt change anything in my PHP file yet everytime it is activated now I get this file with this in it. Was something changed somewhere? I do not know this dll file it is referencing. And there is no reference to it in the PHP file.

php is in safe mode that could affect things.

nope but php is not my specialty. That might not be the problem. you will have to wait until the staff tell you what to do.
