I would SEO your content as you would for any other domain, especially when it come to getting ranked on Google. One thing I would make sure to do, is to have your template optimized for mobile viewing, if you do intend on it being used by mobile viewers. If you are unsure of this, check out Joomla, or any other CMS, and see if you can find a mobile viewer template. If hand coding, just set your CSS width accordingly.

There are various emulators, validators, mobile analytics packages and one mobile-specific keyword research tool available to help optimize a site for mobile devices. I won't list them all here, but I keep a running list in my bookmarks: http://del.icio.us/brysonmeunier/mobile_seo_tools

If you're interested in the subject beyond tools, I blog about it regularly at my Natural Search and Mobile SEO Blog: http://www.brysonmeunier.com.

Best,
Bryson
