Bad things:
* Some sentences has not been wrote properly (grammar).
* You do not support Firefox, which is the most used web browser.
* Skin is 100% default, in other words: ugly & overused.
* Ads are putted in the most uncomfortable & unmonitized way there is.

Good things:
* Idea is brilliant. People will most likely join and you will succeed if you take care of the above and more.

These are only my opinions ;-)
