well I found that since you use a ID (t35ad) for the ads that you can just use this code to hid them
 you mite want to stop this from happening. and I was wondering can I change the style of the ads a little bit coloring and such doesn't go good with my site.

We have scripts that check sites and those that hide the ads or disable them in other ways are instantly removed and IP's blocked. The checking (and deleting) doesn't happen instantly.. so you can ultimately try to remove the ads and have your site up for a little bit.. but in the end it will get removed. Thank you for the info though.. I'll send it over to our tech guys to see if they can disable people from doing that as well.
