t35 would be the best website if you could use my sql. I would like feed back on why there is no sql on free servers?

I would amagine cause they want you to upgrade to Paid & it cost them money to do install it.

Free hosting servers are under a large load as it is. If we installed MySQL and had hundreds of thousands of people using MySQL with poorly written scripts it would make the load on the server even worse. If it were set up that way we would need new servers or parts for the servers far too often.
